Question On Bi-Annual Report To State.

I have received questions concerning our bi-annual incorporation report to the State. Various Shepherd Leaders thought we file it this year. It is filed every odd year. Our next renewal will be on January 2017. I am sorry if there was some confusion there, Now any By Law changes, or officer changes we do update on the Nebraska Secretary of State Website each year. I hope that takes care of any questions on the matter.
