Covenant Shepherd Leaders and family,
I trust the summer is going well for you and your family gatherings, vacations, etc. I am thankful for each one of you, and the heartfelt ministry of love that each have extended to me the last few months. Everyone's stepping up and assisting me has been so very much appreciated. A special thanks to Jan (our office guru), Reverend Cosgrove, Dr. Morgan, ML, and Shaun for their pulling together some remarkable things for us this summer. They really are a great team of leaders to work with, along with all our Shepherd Leaders. Debbie, has been so gracious and has helped with song and ministry in our newest Shepherd Group, which I have started in the midst of various challenges. Her faithfulness and exemplary efforts have not gone without notice. Last week we had so many folks who listened into our Sunday night meeting from other groups, who were just so blessed by the song she sang, " The Lord's Prayer. " Thank you for all you do Debbie at CGMF. In two weeks, the kids will have Youth Camp for the first time in two years. Between Covid, as well other considerations, this ministry had to be postponed. However, this year we are up and running, and it will be taking place in West Central Nebraska. 81 kids will be in attendance, and we are eagerly awaiting what God is going to do. Stephen O'Leary from Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be the Youth Evangelist for the week. I have been asked by our financial committee to remind you to remember your gifts to the ministry at this time. We hardly ever have appeals or special requests, however your grace with your giving would be appreciated at this time. I made it a requisite that no child should be left behind because of family finances for Youth Camp, so 30 of the kids going to camp the ministry is sponsoring. The added expense, along with others, has tightened the budget a bit. We are seeing God continue to minister in a wonderful way in our Groups, and our periodic Gatherings in certain regions have been well attended. Thank you all for your faithfulness and love. Have a great remainder of summer fun, and may the Lord shine His face upon you in all you do. In His Grace, Dr. Patrick Vossen, Founding Pastor

Tonight's 5pm service was recorded live and was on Google Meet. Many of our Shepherd Groups listened in and participated. Here is the audio of the group's meeting along with Pastor Vossen's message. It was entitled " The Purpose Of Man. " Lesson 7 in your Covenant & The Kingdom Workbooks.
Here are the study notes and review questions for the Shepherd Groups we have on Sunday, that are studying from the Covenant & The Kingdom series. Reverend Vossen is teaching one of those lessons, and made available his notes from the series. Reverend Vossen has started a new Shepherd Group that is in its 7th week of meetings at St. Martin of Tours in Omaha ( 24th & J Street ). Anyone is welcome to attend this new Shepherd Group. The Group's meeting begins at 5pm.
