I trust your plans for the Holiday weekend are coming together CGMF Family & Friends. It will be like no other Memorial Weekend you have had I believe, however it gives you a great deal of opportunity for introspection. Our nation and our world have great challenges ahead. No certain course is ahead for us all. Nevertheless, if we allow the Holy Spirit to look into our hearts and lives. Our Lord can give us some insight into our personal needs, or remove from us those things that are causing us the greatest discomfort in our lives. Giving God the chance to dress the wounds that are hidden deep within. He can also do the same with our nation or the world we live in, but we must allow the Holy Spirit's probe to find the problem, and we must be willing to accept the solution to our dilemma as well. Howbeit, painful, or as non traditional as it might be. In these times of distress upon loved ones, friends, ministers and churches. I believe God is revealing in us things that are hidden and wanting to send His Holy Spirit to work within us all. Giving Him the opportunity to attend to the real needs we have, and find the solutions for those battle wounds of life, that have been inflicted us in a variety of ways in our lives. Search out the wisdom and input of His Spirit this weekend. Let this weekend become a memorial where you built your altar of prayer. Then see how God might work in your life in a profound way. Laying yourself, the nation and this world on that altar of prayer. Trusting the Great Physician to attend to the needs that are present, and resolving the issues most necessary to be addressed in our lives and this world. Be blest and safe.
