Dear CGMF Family,


It is with mixed emotions that we share the news that our beloved administrative coordinators, Glen and Jan Welch, will be relocating to the Chicago area this May.


Glen and Jan have been the heartbeat of our ministry since stepping into the roles previously held by Skip and Mary. Their dedication as both Shepherd Leaders and Administrative Coordinators has truly been a blessing to us all. They've masterfully managed to keep our diverse CGMF community connected—from Omaha to North Platte and now Tulsa, Oklahoma—through their exceptional organizational skills and thoughtful communication.


Their unwavering support has made ministry life so much smoother for me as founding pastor, as well as for our Lead Pastor Stephen Sympkins and his wonderful wife.


On behalf of the entire CGMF family, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your years of LOVING service. While you will be greatly missed, the warm memories and strong foundation you've built will remain with us always.
