My Yearly Pastoral Letter Honoring MLK Jr.

Dear Covenant of Grace Ministry family and friends,


As we reflect on the profound legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we are reminded of his unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and love. In times of turmoil and uncertainty, Dr. King’s words and actions continue to inspire us to stand firm in our faith and our pursuit of a better world. He taught us that the arc of the moral universe bends toward justice, and that our collective voices can bring about meaningful change.

In these distressing times, as we face challenges that may seem overwhelming, let us draw strength from Dr. King's dream of a society where all people are valued and treated with dignity. His life’s work encourages us to remain hopeful and to engage in the struggle for justice with courage and compassion.

Let us remember that we are not alone in this journey. Together, as a community, we can uplift one another, support each other, and continue the fight for equality and justice. May we find solace in our shared faith and commitment to love, and may we honor Dr. King’s legacy by being beacons of hope and agents of change in our world.
