We all carry weights we weren't meant to bear alone.

Anxiety whispers in the quiet moments. Worry tightens its grip when the path ahead grows uncertain. Some of us battle these storms more frequently than others—but none of us are exempt from the struggle.

As people of faith, we've been given something precious: the invitation to trust. Not as a command to simply stop feeling, but as a doorway into something deeper. A place where we begin to understand that our fears don't disqualify us from peace—they point us toward it.

God isn't waiting for you to arrive whole before He meets you. He's already there—in the trembling, in the questions, in the honest confession that says, "I can't do this alone."

This isn't about pretending the weight isn't real. It's about discovering whose shoulders are strong enough to hold it.

So I invite you to pause here, breathe deeply, and listen. Listen for the whisper that reminds you: He has a plan. And more importantly, He has you.
